Who we are

Urgent Locksmith Thomastown is a locally operated locksmith business based at 350 Settlement Rd, Thomastown VIC 3074. We serve Thomastown and the surrounding northern suburbs of Melbourne with emergency callouts and scheduled locksmith work for homes, rental properties and businesses.

We are a young business. Rather than dress that up with invented milestones, we would rather tell you plainly: the trade experience behind the tools is real and licensed, and the business itself is new to the area and building its reputation one job at a time.

What we will not do

• Publish testimonials, star ratings or customer counts we cannot substantiate. When genuine reviews exist on independent platforms, we will link to them there.
• Quote a low price on the phone and inflate it on the doorstep. The rate you are told is the rate that applies.
• Drill a lock that can be opened without damage just because drilling is faster.
• Recommend hardware you do not need. If two screws and a strike plate fix the problem, we will say so.

Licensing, insurance and identification

Locksmithing in Victoria involves work regulated under state law, including obligations around access to premises and vehicles. We operate as a licensed locksmith business, carry public liability insurance, and require proof of entitlement before opening any door, vehicle or safe.
