Before you call, have this ready
- The address, and whether it is a house, unit, apartment or commercial site.
- What sort of door and lock is involved, if you know.
- Whether the key is lost, broken in the lock, or locked inside.
- For vehicles: make, model, year, and the type of key.
- Whether anyone or any animal is locked inside, or a stove is running.
