Installation
Correct installation matters as much as the lock itself. A quality deadbolt fitted into a soft frame with short screws and a shallow strike plate is far weaker than the specification suggests. We fit hardware to suit the door construction and reinforce the strike side where it makes sense.

Repair and servicing
Locks rarely fail without warning. A key that needs jiggling, a handle that droops, or a door you have to lift to lock are all early signals. Addressing them costs a fraction of an emergency callout after the mechanism seizes completely.
Common repairs include realigning strikes after a door drops, replacing worn cylinders, servicing seized mechanisms, and adjusting closers that slam or fail to latch.
Choosing hardware that lasts
We favour hardware from established manufacturers with local parts availability, and stainless or otherwise corrosion-resistant finishes for exposed doors. Cheap hardware fails soonest in exactly the places that matter most: exterior doors that see weather and daily use.
